Advantage of adding the growth factors to the bone is established, so adding PRF to the autogenous bone may have beneficial effects. Methods:  Platelet-rich plasma admixed with autogenous bone and as a biologic membrane over the bone grafted alveolar cleft was used. Results:  Autogenous bone in all (four cases) was mandibular symphysis the mean age of the patients was 14.2 ± 1.5years. Lateral sliding flap was used for coverage of the mixture in all four cases. Conclusion:  Platelet-rich plasma admixed with autogenous bone or as a biologic membrane may have beneficial effect in maxillary alveolar cleft bone grafting.
