Delayed diagnosis will increase patient morbidity, especially the occurrence of bacterial infections. This case report discusses chronic foreign body aspiration in a six year-old boy,in which signs and symptoms arise 4 years after foreign body aspiration occurred. The boy was the second child of the family.  He came from a Sundanese family, considered as low income family, and the parents were high school graduates.
